Orali Return & Refund Policy

At Orali, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Unopened & Unused Products

If you change your mind, you may return your Orali Whitening Strips within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and unused, with the original seal intact
  • It is returned in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund or exchange, based on your preference. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect (see Section 3).

2. Opened & Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. This is standard practice for oral care and personal care items and helps us ensure that every product reaching our customers is safe and untampered with.

If you've opened and used your Orali strips but aren't happy with your results, please contact our customer service.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Once a return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued via [bank transfer / store credit — specify your default method]
  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded via bank transfer; please provide your account details when requested

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned once opened:

  • Whitening strips (used or unsealed)
  • Any promotional or bundled items included with an opened order
